TOP BBQ is a division of TOP Catering, we have an authentic BBQ and smoker which was made especially for us in Ennis, Texas. Our trailer has been aptly named 'The Beast'. The Beast can be hired out for all functions, or certain parts of our catering menus can be made using this incredible machine.

The Beast will be at markets and festivals all over the Bay of Plenty throughout the summer season.
